      Downs Group Training is a not for profit organisation, founded in 1987. The company is based in Toowoomba but services a wide geographical area. DGT actively encourages community interest in placement and future employer demand for apprentices and trainees, while striving to improve the performance of all employees through quality training.

      Downs Group Training is the legal employer of the apprentice/trainee, so we shoulder all the industrial relations responsibilities. It also allows us to mediate in any problems that may occur throughout the contract.
