Russel responded to my online request for a quote the same day, provided a quote promptly and then put in a super long day's work to make sure my new ceiling installation - with decorations - was all done and painted within 2 days. He also arranged the electrician. The quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend Russel and his team!
