Thorough assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders with a bias towards manual technique exercise and education.
Our appointment time is 50% longer than average to enable us to thoroughly assess and treat a problem, considering all of the possible contributing sources. We focus on injury prevention and in addition to our physiotherapy services we offer return to work services including ergonomic assessment job analysis, and worksite visits.
Our physiotherapy services include sports and spinal injury management, massage including remedial massage by a remedial therapist, pilates training by qualified therapists, balance assessment, dry needling, incontinence management, prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy and home visits. In addition, we provide individiual or group exercise classes, including pilates, general strengthening, fall prevention and balance.
