I trained in massage for the Olympics (Sydney 2000) where I worked as a volunteer massage therapist in the Olympic Village. I worked for Singleton Bulls football club and the League teams during my training years.I am now a keen masseur working from my home clinic in Heatherbrae. From my perspective, massage is abundant in its benefits. There is a need in all of us to relax, meditate and slow down.
