We commenced with six 12 seat mini buses and two 21 seat mini buses. We were fortunate to take on existing clients of a company we had operated with prior to their liquidation which provided the basis for our later success.

In 2009, the partnership was replaced by a Private Company, Brisbane Charter Bus Pty Ltd trading as Brisbane Mini Bus Charter and the remaining original partners are now the directors of this company.

Is a deposit required?
As a rule we do not require a deposit unless we incur an expense outside of the coach/bus cost. E.g. Barge Fees for Stradbroke Island or entrance fees for certain venues.
When is the latest we can book?
It is advisable to book as early as you can and if you need to upgrade or downgrade your booked bus or alter timings or locations we can easily make those adjustments.
How can I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed we will forward an Invoice to you. We accept Direct EFT, Master card, Visa, American Express or cash on the booking day. Conditions do apply.
Can you guarantee your drivers will be on time and have knowledge of the locations we wish to visit?
Our drivers are QLD authorised drivers, they undergo training to perform their roles in a professional manner.
For overnight journeys are we responsible for driver's accommodation and meals?
We can include in our quote the cost to cover accommodation and meals for a driver or you can arrange these as part of your own bookings. Note advise the place you have booked into that your require a room for the coach driver and they may offer a reasonable discount.
Do your buses come with a driver?
Yes, all of our buses here at Brisbane Mini Bus Charter come with a trained and qualified drivers.
