PME provides services and products, apart from vehicle modifications, to make life easier.
Problem Management Engineering (PME) was founded in 1989 by Bill Georgas, after he became a paraplegic. Very unhappy with hand controls that were fitted to his vehicle, Bill soon realised that there was a great need, for quality automotive engineering services, for the physically challenged.
With his previous engineering background, including vast experience in the automotive industry modifying vehicles, Bill set about creating something very special. Starting with a company of one in Hornsby Heights NSW, he created a business specialising in the development, manufacture and installation of innovative vehicle solutions for the disabled. Problem Management Engineering was born now, with two decades of experience modifying vehicles.
PME's expertise is recognised internationally with our own quality products in demand around the globe. We supply three major overseas companies and most Australian vehicle modifiers in the industry with our products. Our international presence also means we are the first to bring you the newest technologies from the UK, Germany, Italy, the US and Canada with the aim of "Driving you into the future".
Over the years Bill has managed to pull together many skilled, talented and friendly people to work as part of the PME team. Principles of respect, quality workmanship and professional excellence provide the foundation for a workplace that is down to earth, relaxed and fun.
