When I approached Dylan to do our renovation/extension, I was nervous about how I might be received as our budget wasn't as large as I imagined some of Dylan's clients to be. Dylan was immediately excited by the challenge of working with us to accommodate our family needs and budget.

Before we committed to anything, Dylan workshopped several ideas and concepts to ensure we felt comfortable before making a commitment.

The amount of time and collaboration involved in creating the ideal floorplan for our family exceeded all expectations. Dylan continued sharing ideas and concepts until we were all 100% content with the plan.

Dylan used his building connections to seek feedback to ensure our design was able to meet budget expectations.

Despite it not being our intention, investing in Dylan has actually saved us money as there are so many builders who are keen to collaborate with him and complete his projects.

His prices are very affordable, especially when you consider his designs pay for themselves with sun mapping technology (passive heating and cooling) careful consideration of materials and designs that builders can actually build. Our builder has commented many times the design for our house is well thought out and practical. Even as the build has started Dylan has taken the time to check on progress and assist with last minute enquiries. We are very much enjoying the build progress and observing Dylans stunning design come to life!
