How often should my system be serviced?
In residential application a full service should be carried out annually and Penrith Air Supply has a comprehensive preventative maintenance service available to anyone. Please don’t forget to clean your filters every month when the system is in regular use. Filter cleaning can be carried out by the homeowner. In commercial applications depending on the building service requirements can be monthly-quarterly-biannual-annual.
How important is the source of the equipment sold by Penrith Air Supply?
It is changing constantly and rapidly, there was a time that Japanese manufacture was considered superior however that is no longer the case. On a recent factory tour to Thailand, we saw a complete new assembly line for VRF product that we had seen in Japan in 2010 and it was identical. Penrith Air Supply provides product manufactured in Japan, Thailand, China, New Zealand & Australia. The main consideration is the quality of the company, its designs and quality control.
What licences do you carry?
Penrith Air Supply carries a department of fair-trade air conditioning and electrical contractors licence number EC28700 and our national refrigeration licence with the federal government agency ARC is AU03061.

Penrith Air Supply has traded since 1983 and has some very experienced staff. The company is coveted by most manufacturers in NSW due its outstanding reputation and currently has long term arrangements with Daikin, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Carrier, Temperzone for reverse cycle air conditioning and Brivis for gas central heaters. The company carries out installations for Clarendon Homes, Masterton Homes, Hudson Homes and many other boutique builders.
What are the warranty terms?
The warranty varies with the manufacturer although nearly every air conditioning manufacturer provides 5 years parts and labour. Most component and controls companies are also 5 years on defective material only (no labour) and some extend to 10 years.

We had an airconditiining unit installed 2 years ago and today had the system serviced. From initial contact with Penrith Air, through installation, booking the service and the service call out, PA have been proffesional and courteous. The system installed has worked perfectly from day 1. I would definayely reccommend their services.
