      Recently bought an expensive bedroom suite. The mattress has sagged and when I spoke to the salesperson about it he deemed it not necessary for him to inspect it because he didn't think that it was sagging, thereby calling me a liar. There is no way that we will ever go near that shop for our future furniture needs.
