      I suffered further injury to my already troubled knees (no cartilage) and was struggling to walk. Tyna along with her massage of my leg muscles and advice on exercises that I could do improved my situation and it now allows me to walk without assistance (walking stick). I can even get up and down stairs when the necessity arises; I am forever grateful for Tyna's therapeutic massage.

      I have seen Tyna a few times for massage, but..here's the bonus... not only do i receive a massage but Tyna is a fountain of fantastic information offering you tips and tools to assist you in between visits and to reduce the likelihood of further injury. Tyna has many, many qualifications and her services on a spiritual and holistic nature run so much deeper than massage, Tyna is my one stop healer and therapist go to guru and i highly highly urge anyone needing therapy (on any level physically & holistically) to book an appointment today! you will not be disappointed, she is down to earth and offers a supportive space for you to work through and heal on all levels, by far, hands down, the best around.
