Mark draws from over 30 years' experience and training to assist people with a wide range of life difficulties. Mark aims for you to feel safe and accepted whilst working together on issues you have struggled with. Mark seamlessly applies knowledge of a wide range of therapy modalities to tailor therapy so that it fits your goals and natural style.
Mark's down to earth approach uses evidence based treatments- Cognitive Behavioural Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Emotion Focussed Therapy (for couples), Mindfulness, Relaxation and Hypnosis to assist Individuals and Couples, Adults and Children, Adolescents and the Elderly. Mark is also trained in a range of additional psychological therapies including Psychodrama, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Object Relations Psychotherapy which enriches therapy.

If I have a relationship problem must I bring my partner with me?
No many clients want to attend on their own to learn about their own relationship abilities and improve skills. However if you and your partner are having troubles together it may be best for you both to see Mark together. Sometimes a partner declines the offer of attending couples counselling and in this case it is likely to be helpful for you to come and talk to Mark about your relationship. Mark will then make a plan with you about what to do next.
Do you have parking available at your consulting rooms?
Unfortunately there is no client parking available at the consulting rooms. There is however abundant on and off street parking in nearby streets. Additionally there are two free large public car parks situated within two minutes walking distance from the consulting rooms. The Indooroopilly Shopping Complex is at the top of Station Road and Indooroopilly Junction is off Coonan Street at the bottom of Station Road.
How easy is it to travel to you by public transport?
Very easy. The consulting rooms are situated mid-way on Station Road between the Indooroopilly bus terminus at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and the Railway Station at the bottom of Station Road.

Mark’s demeanour allows you to uncover in your own time, life’s emotional scars. He has empowered me to move on from those who were not conducive to emotional wellness and the hopelessness induced by the Covid event and all of the fallout due to lockdowns, business restrictions and breakdown in social cohesion.
