My son went on their cooking camping session, and it was a disappointment. They charged A LOT but delivered very little; they even watched a short film! Sorry, but if you are going to charge $456.00 for three sessions of 1.5 hours each you should not put kids in front of the TV. We could have done this at home as a preparation.
They do not tell you what is going to happen in the sessions if I knew they were going to bake I would have said no. It was not tailored to my son's needs.
There was no report, just "verbal" feedback that said the following: your son did not like touching the zucchini, but he was curious about everything else. He even tried raw dough.
He loves anything with sugar, and he does the same at home — nothing new there.
I said to them I would pay the invoice only when I received a report, all they did was asking for more money so they could send a report (!!). I thought they were trying to help my family not bankrupt us.
The real issue is that they called me many times offering this service. I felt under pressure. Any mother that has problems with feeding her child will know if anyone calls you saying, look I have this service that it will help your child, would you like to book it? Of course, you are going to say yes, you want your child to eat!
Calling a mother offering a service like this is not ok. It will not change a child with sensory issues. It will not make a difference, and yet, they make you hope it will.
