This man came to our house about 3 or 4 months ago to fix our dishwasher. He took away the control panel then called the following week to say he was coming back the next Monday. He failed to turn up we have repeatedly tried calling him he never answers and we cannot leave a message. We have never heard from him since. Luckily we had not paid any money to him, but we are now going to have to our purchase another dishwasher. We kept hoping he would call or contact us, as when he was here he seemed very friendly and my partner and him were chatting regarding their Navy days. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Charged me a $200 call out and service fee to fix fridge couldn’t do that and ordered a part I waited 2 weeks then tried contacting him. Never returned text messages or phone calls and never returned with the part. Wish I had of read reviews first Avoid you will be disappointed

He eventually charged me more than $200 for a simple repair to my washing machine (although he did at least offer a 12 month warranty). The repair was a complete botch job and only lasted four days. He eventually came around again and removed several components from the washing machine, on the strict condition that he return them by 5pm the same day. I never heard from him again and he refused to return calls. I was left with a completely unusable washing machine that I had to throw away and replace. Avoid at all costs.

I enquired with the State Government, who have no record that he is registered as an electrician. If this is true, he is operating illegally. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ian finally returned our Bosch wishing machine but it took threats of legal action and reports to Police. Even then he tried to skip out of meeting us saying he had other appointments and so on. He never apologised...just rolled up...handed it over and drove off. An 8 week trauma we never want to repeat. Use at you're own risk.

Arranged meeting for quotation of work. The business owner never arrived. Tried calling but no answer and no reply call. Had issues with his reliability before. Do not use.

I'll tell you whats not to like Mike K., the fact that the repairer does not tell you he will charge you a $110 call out charge and when told he should tell customers this upon first contact he says "don't tell me how to run my business!" Being up front = happy customers and i'm not one of them. Apart from this the repairer was on-time and helped diagnose the problem.
