      Will OEM parts void my new car’s warranty?

      In short number OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts are components approved of by all major automotive manufacturers, and therefore are completely useable during standard logbook servicing. By using these parts we not only honour the degree of care expected by both you and the manufacturer, but we also save you considerable time and money.


      Do I need to replace my tyre after a puncture?

      No, not necessarily. With the proper degree of puncture repair, most quality tyres can keep on rolling for many more kilometres. When you bring your punctured to us, we will inspect it and give you a clear and practical solution, whether it is a matter of repair or not.

      Fixed my flat

      Had a flat tyre this morning and rang Wayne Lloyds who gave me a quote to repair. Dropped the tyre off and went around the corner to do my shopping. When I got back it was repaired and they fitted it in minutes while I waited. Extremely polite and professional and I would recommend them without hesitation.

      Very Disappointed

      after a short discussion while being dropped at home the employee somehow took such offense over my not wanting my transmission being power flushed that my vehicle was returned to me without any work being done. the vehicle was just left on the street, unlocked with the keys on the floor. shocked and disapointed.

      My wife and I bought tyres for two cars recommended by Wayne. 10,000 km later they were completely worn out. When we approached Wayne all that was offered was excuses. Very poor service. I note Wayne is not even a Mechanic and is only a tyre fitter. I will never use his service again and will do my best to spread my story.

      I can highly recommend Wayne Lloyds. I have been dealing with them for a couple of years for both business and personal vehicles. Have dealt with the owners directly as well as other staff and never had any issues. Fair invoices and nothing gets done without a phone call to me first to confirm. I wouldn't listen to the last lady, sounds like her spare was the cause of a shudder and not poor workmanship. After dealing with multiple of mechanics on the northside and the all round terribleness of the servicing at dealerships I will not let anyone else touch my cars. A+ in my book.

      I took my car to this tyre (JACK***) shop with a screw in front tyre and I wanted my spare put back on.
      Younger bloke said no worries it will take 10 minutes. He moved my car down driveway, wheeled the Jack trolley over to my car. In between he s taking new clients at reception, phone calls ect.
      I drove 110kmph in freeway with a severe shuddering in the steering. I took my car
      back this morning (Monday) and the owner
      asked me when would I like to book it in.
      In my opinion he should have fixed it there and then!!
