Would not recommend mazlin to anyone! I bought a fridge of them and they assured me that the frige was in working condition. After having the fridge installed I noticed that items were not staying cold and I had to throw out produce I bought costing me more money. Mazlin was very had to get out to look at the fridge. Eventially, they came out and found that the thermastat was faulty and bypassed it, this made the fridge run continuesly making items like milk go icy as there was no controling thermastat. After about 3 weeks of waiting we were fed up and asked for our money back to which mazlin straight out said no. Mazlin was unwilling to provide warrenty which he is legally obliged to do under the Australian consumer laws. I took Mazlin to court and the judge ruled in my favor. If you are thinking of having services provided or going to buy something of Mazlin then be willing to go to court. Would give zero stars if I could.

they told me a 1998 fisher & Paykel fridge was two-years-old. I had just spent a day on my old 50cc motor scooter in the frying hot sun looking at 2ndhand fridges. it seemed like the best deal & Mrs Mazlin said they come over to Magnetic Island to stay in their holiiday home, so they could service it if there were problems. I paid $335 in cash as she requested + $136 freight to the island. I thought I had better check they weren't sending me the first one they showed me as it was missing a vegetable crisper drawer. I rang & she said yes I had bought the one without the crisper. I let this go as it is easy enough to buy another crisper. i rang Fisher & paykel only to learn that the serial number was for n almost worthless 1998 fridge, worth nothing like the cash I paid. .Both husband & wife had boasted that the fridge was only two years old. I rang them & Mrs M said she never said that as they can't know how old a fridge is. Rot - of course she said it & of course they can tell age from the serial number. A second call to Mr M got the promise to send me a full refund by cheque. I'll let you know if I get it. Meanwhiie I'm without a fridge for a week until I get the funds to buy another on - if the cheque arrives & clears that is.

Recently had Mazlin electrical install three split system air conditioners at my house. Im extremely happy with the work that I have had completed, tradesmen were well presented, punctual and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!!

We dropped our machine into Mazlin Electrical services on 1st July and have only just picked it up on 5th December. Mazlin constantly blamed the supplier of the required part for the delay, but when we called the supplier ourselves they had the part available and said any delay wasn't on their behalf. After waiting 5 months, and having to follow up on the supplier ourselves, we were still charged full price, and were only given an earful of excuses. In saying that, they charged a reasonable price. The machine has been fixed, and although it was filthy when we got it back, the work we asked them to do has been done. The main problem was waiting 5 months for a simple fix!
