      Excellent service

      I have had the most amazing support from Angela at Collisioncare over the last 5 days. After NRMA arranged the tow, she contacted me to explain the process from towing to quote and told me how long the tow truck would take to arrived. She reassured me greatly. Then, when NRMA were unable to find my car (even though they had booked the tow truck), she investigated and contacted NRMA and me to tell me exactly where the car was. She could not have been more supportive and helpful. Ali, the tow truck driver was a real gentleman, and also helpful.

      Dodgy unethical untrustworthy business!!!

      Do not use this towing business! Paid for towing in cash out of my own pocket for my bosses van and requested a reciept immediately so I could claim the expense back. After calling multiple times to request a reciept they emailed a tax invoice saying I owed them money. Called every single day to get this fixed so I could claim my out of pocket expense. They have have given me the run around and avoided it for 10 days now. In the process of lodging a formal legal complaint with fair trading. Absolute waste of time. Completely unethical and dodgy business. Stay away!!!
