What is Asbestos?
Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral known for its strong, heat-resistant fibers and insulating properties, commonly used in building products.
Why is Asbestos Removal Important?
Asbestos removal is crucial because when its fibers are released into the air and breathed in, they can cause serious health issues like asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma.
What is the process of the demolition?
Demolition starts with asbestos removal if there is any present on your property. Next will be an internal strip out of salvage by hand, followed by the machine to remove the building and clear the block.
How long does a quote usually take?
Quotes are usually issued within 7 days.
How long will the demolition of my house take?
The average house usually takes about 2 weeks from start to finish, but can vary depending on the size of the property and also weather conditions. Demolition is done in 2 stages; stage 1 is done manually and stage 2 is done mechanically.
What is the wait time for you to start a new project?
The wait time to start a new project is generally between 3 to 5 weeks.
Where are you based?
We are based in Largs Bay, but service all of Adelaide
Are you insured?

Are you qualified to remove asbestos?
Yes, we are qualified to remove asbestos. We have a Class B asbestos and hazardous product removal licence (licence number - 377 815). We are also approved to transport asbestos and hazardous products by the EPA.
What do I need to do before the demolition commences?
You need to apply for demolition approval from your local council. We can help you through the paperwork if needed. You will also need to have your gas and electricity abolished. We can help with the form A for electricity and a phone call to your gas supplier will be required. We will disconnect the water for you from the water meter prior to demolition.
