Our objective is to provide energy efficient solutions to enable the client to find an appropriate balance between capital cost and ongoing operating and maintenance costs by carrying out life cycle costing on the key systems. School of Architecture Inveresk EST designed & documented the building services & provided sustainable solutions for lighting, heating, cooling & water reuse. Cimitiere House Cimitiere house is a unique project for Tasmania. It is the first Tasmanian Project registered with the Green Building Council of Australia Australian Bulk Minerals As part of the Australian Bulk Minerals, Savage River Mine extensions EST provided all the electrical & Mechanical building services design works.
