      Can I pay for my order online and pick it up in one of your stores?

      Not at this stage. Online orders are handled separately from our local stores and are sent directly from the warehouse to your door.


      What payment methods do you offer?

      Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Natures Works use Stripe as their payment gateway for all online transactions – A Stripe account is not required for payment with Visa or Mastercard. Once you have confirmed the products in your shopping cart and completed the checkout process, you will be sent to Stripe to process your payment.


      Why can't I find any refrigerated products?

      We use Fastway Couriers for delivery of our orders and they do not provide a refrigerated service. As we can not guarantee a refrigerated product would arrive in good condition we do not offer these products for sale on our website. You can however purchase these products from one of our 11 stores state-wide.
