I have moved away from the Brisbane region. Can you still complete my Tax Return with you?
Definitely! Just email us your information to [email protected]. Our accountants will complete your Tax Return and send it through to you to check and sign. Once we have received your signed declaration we will lodge it for you.
I work Monday to Fridays 8am-5pm, do you offer after hours appointments?
During tax season, 1st of July to the 31st of October, we offer after hours appointments (Late nights Tuesdays & Thursdays, and Saturdays (by appointment only). However, in some circumstances we can offer phone appointments, complete your Tax Return via email correspondence, or find a time that will fit in with you. (We do our best to be flexible with our clients!)
How much do you charge?
Most of our services are fixed price. There can be variations for complex or unusual circumstances.

What if I have lots of overdue Tax Returns?
Whether you have two tax returns or twenty tax returns – we can complete them for you, often at a discounted rate! Give our office a call on 07 38813029 to find out more.
Do you work by appointment?
Yes, It is always best to make an appointment. We work by appointment from 8.30 am to 5pm Monday to Fridays with extended hours during tax season.
Can we pay for your services from our refund?
Yes, you can pay from your refund. This will incur an additional administration fee of $25.
