Does my door have a triple locking system in place?

All our security doors come with a triple locking system. We only use Austral Locks as they offer the best in strength and reliability. Your doors will be able to be locked from both the inside and outside and all our doors come with a manual snib on the inside of the door which will engage the triple lock without a key, providing peace of mind and ease of use.

You deal with us directly for any warranty issues or questions you may have.

Do you have off the shelf doors I can buy straight away?

Sorry, everything we manufacture is customised and made to order. We know from experience that readymade doors just do not offer the level of security that we require for our customers. We can offer a DIY service for you, however the door will still be custom made to your specifications.

How long will my security doors take to make?

We allow 2- 3 weeks for standard colour orders to be installed. It can take an extra week if the colour is non-standard as it needs to go to through powder coating.

What is a standard colour? Why do I have to pay more for a different colour?

We have a range of standard and non-standard colours to choose from. Non-standard colours need to be powder coated and this is why there is an additional charge.

Do you offer a seniors discount?

We offer a 5% discount for all our customers with a Seniors Card. This discount can only be applied to the retail price of our doors. It is not valid on sale or discounted items.

I live south of the river, will you still quote for me?

We offer a free measure and quote and travel south of the river as well as our far Northern Suburbs. Please call our office on 9248 3993 to see if your suburb is in our service area.

Do your doors comply with pool standards and local shire regulations?

We supply doors with a 1500 mm high handle and self-closing mechanisms for pool regulations. Note that we can only advise you on what will comply, you must check with your local council to ensure that they will satisfy their requirements.

I would like to order screens but I just don’t have the cash at the moment. Do you offer any payment plans?

We understand that security screens are an essential part of living in Perth today and can be hard to budget for. With this in mind we offer Certegy’s ‘no interest ever’ option which allows you to spread repayments over a specified period. If you are after a short term payment option, we may be able to offer you an in-house payment plan at no extra cost to you.
