From new product design to specialised toolmaking, our Western Australian based company can assist you with a comprehensive solution. Utilising high end CAD design software, not only are we able to produce innovative product and mould designs, but we can also provide prototypes to test for suitability. Do you have a catalogue/price list?
As we have an extensive range of over 2000 products, it is easiest for our clients to let us know what items they are interested in and we can email through a quote and if needed, send through a sample. Otherwise you can check out our website, www.plasmo.com.au to see our product catalogue.
Can I get something very specific made?
As we have an in-house design and tool-making division, we are able to assist you with the development of new plastic products from concept through to final production. Although costs can be higher than taking items off the shelf, the huge upside is that you own the tool for your unique item, and you can be assured that it will be of the highest quality. What is your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
For stocked lines (your sales rep will inform you of which items are stocked lines) – the MOQ is simply $50.00 ex GST per invoice. For non-stocked lines, depending on the size of the container, our MOQ is roughly 3000 units. Again, you can discuss this further with your sales rep.
What are your opening hours?
Our despatch is open Mon to Fri 8:30am to 4pm and the office is open Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5pm
Can you print or label my bottles?
Plasmo has a fantastic printing facility on-site. We can print onto any HDPE bottle that has a locator (ask your sales rep for more information). There is a minimum order requirement of 300 bottles. We can also assist with your artwork requirements. We also have a labelling team that can label by hand or by machine, depending on the container. Labels must be supplied by the client. We can recommend label printers if necessary.
