George and the old lady really need to go to retirement instead of abusing people by randomly calling and abusing /shouting at them with vile language demanding debts that have already been paid off. These two are some of the most incompetent people I have come across.in my life. I would rather hire a 8 year old kid to collect debt over these two intellectually challenged frustrated oldies.

George and TJ are not business people, the most rudest people you could come across , willing to make payment to the acc, but refusing to accept instalments, hanging up on me when wanting to make payment.
George is general manager and his got no respect for his clients ! TJ yells on the phone abuses my mother. Wouldn’t even rate 1 star if I didn’t have too

Their rude and poor customer service is to be desired. Incorrect information, not the best impression for a collection agency.
