Our aim is to speed up recovery, ease your pain to the best of our ability and to ensure you get back your best possible function and strength- as soon as possible.

Rehabilitation post-surgery is in full accordance to Specialist prescription. Recognised, evidence-based treatment is applied. Customised splinting, where required, is fitted on the first visit.

Suna Van Staden Hi, I am South African, New Zealander and now happily Australian. I am a Physiotherapist with more than 20 years’ experience and have further been registered as a Hand Therapist for the last 14 years. I am passionate about recovery of the arm, from the neck down to the fingers! My aim with my practice is to give you the best care, to my very best ability. I would like to give you back your full, possible use of your hand and upper limb, and minimise your pain.
