      We are custom builders who create your dream home using quality materials and local contractors, to achieve your goals.

      Owner and Managing Director, Jason Stokes, has worked in the building industry since beginning his apprenticeship with S & I Constructions in 1991. We are fully licenced and insured and have been members of the Housing Industry of Australia (HIA) for 25 years.

      S & I Constructions have been servicing the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We employ highly qualified and fully insured local contractors, some of which have been working with us for many years. Our intention is to support local business where possible, but when required we can source materials and trades from other areas. We create premium quality new homes, renovations, additions, pergolas, verandahs, decks and commercial projects.
