Are spare parts or replacement available for svenic dispensers?

Despite Svenic dispensers being built to withstand rugged use, parts do wear or become damaged. It is more practical, cheaper and easier to completely replace one-part Skeleton cartridge dispensers. For many of the more powerful dispensers such as barrel, air and two part dispensers, more common spare parts are available. We can supply a schematic on dispensers where spare parts are available

Why should i buy a svenic dispenser when i can buy a similar one at a cheaper price?

It is important for a user to consider the amount of work they want to perform with their tool, how long they want the tool to last, user productivity and the type of sealants they want to dispense. A handy man will generally not require as good a tool as a tradesman. Thicker material requires a better quality and more highly geared dispenser compared to a thin viscosity material.

Can svenic test and advice me on whether my materials are suitable for filling into and use with two part cartridges and static mixers?

Not only does Svenic supply the two part cartridges, static mixers and dispensers, we can fill your product as well. If material is to be packed into our two part cartridges and be used with static mixers, we can test your material for suitability. Before quoting on a filling job we prefer to perform some in house tests to determine if we have the equipment to pack your material, and to see whether your material is suitable for use in two part cartridges with static mixers.

What are coating and foam (caf) cartridge spray systems?

Since the late 1980’s, Svenic has been supplying Two Part Cartridges for Epoxies, PU’s, Polyureas and other materials. A static mixer is used to mix each component of the material on demand. Svenic now has available a range of static mixers for spraying Coating And Foams packed in Two Part Cartridges. The CAF system does not require expensive two part machines to meter, mix dispense and spray two part materials. Machines are often difficult to use.

Can 2 part cartridge be heated?

Some materials need to be heated to allow them to flow, mix, dispense and spray easier. We recommend that cartridges are not heated above 45 °C

What volume and ratio 2 part syringes do you have?

The 2 part syringes are moulded in one piece and are available in a 1:1 ratio in 4, 6, 14, 30 and 50 ml total volume. We also have a 1:2 ratio with a combined volume of 30 ml. Some syringes can be used with or without a static mixer. Syringes are used extensively for human health, industrial and veterinary applications

The material comes out too slowly and my hand gets tired. What can i do?

The trigger ratio of your dispenser may be too low, for the viscosity of the material you are dispensing. You can use a more powerful manual dispenser with a higher trigger ratio to reduce operator fatigue and make dispensing feel easier. Alternatively, you can use an air or battery operated dispensers to reduce fatigue and possible dispense quicker.

Do you sell 1 part syringes?

We have available 3, 6, 12, 15, 30, 32, 60, 80 and 100 ml syringes. These are available in a variety of nozzle styles. Plunger rods dispense the syringe by hand while some syringes can be dispensed with a small dispensing applicator. Plunger rods are available with either a one, two or three piece plunger rod. What are the alternatives to weighing my 2 part materials and mixing by hand?

We have available cartridge volumes of 30, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 600, and 750 ml. Two cartridges joined together form a kit and a unique ratio. For example, a 75 ml and a 750 ml cartridge joined together form a 1:10 ratio kit with total volume of 825 ml. Similarly a 150 ml and 300 ml cartridge can be joined together to form a 450 ml kit with total volume of 450 ml.
