⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would.



This medical centre desperately needs a full systems review by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. The processes are chaotic and inefficient, and even the doctors have told me that the centre “isn’t making any money” — imagine hearing that from a doctor who works there.



The excessive wait times are a direct result of their broken system. How can you allow people to walk in, leave, and then come back hours later only to be slotted in ahead of those who have been sitting and waiting patiently? I completely understand that paid appointments take priority, but when I raised this with one of the doctors, her response was, “You either pay with time or cash.” I was genuinely shocked by that attitude. We’ve seen where that kind of mindset has led other facilities, like Northern Beaches Hospital.



The reception staff turnover is constant, and they often seem unhappy and unhelpful — sometimes even rude if you express frustration about the long wait. Being told you’ll wait one hour and then sitting there for four is unacceptable. If patients were honestly told that the wait could be anywhere from one to six hours, or that they could pay for an appointment, at least expectations would be managed.



This system needs serious rethinking if this centre wants to be appealing to both paid and bulk-billed patients. Remember — patients are customers, and customers deserve respect and transparency.



To make matters worse, I also witnessed a pensioner being charged just to become a “new patient” again because he hadn’t attended for two years. Hearing him say, “You’re taking half my pension this week,” was heartbreaking. 😢

The doctors are good if you want something like a script or blood test. If you want to know what is wrong with you i wouldnt advise it. They are not in the area of healing just writing what you want. You have to go in with the idea they wont heal you thats all.

Reception staff are incredibly rude. Dr Cheung is insensitive, dismissive and unhelpful. They should all look for jobs that don't require helping the public.

No response for my desperate attempt to get a repeat script for tablets Ive been taking for 14 years and had lost my paper script . Due to go away tomorrow for 6 weeks and got told to call back in 2 days time !!!! I’m now left with no tablets. It would have taken 1 minute of a doctor’s time .. and now I am suffering.

They were so terrible - the Pathologist actually stuck the needle in herself and I had to have AIDS tests!!!!

To all readers GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They're not even worth half a star.
What they offer here is not only ridiculous but totally unacceptable and can not be called "service". 2 and 1/2 hours long waiting list, from which you'll be cancelled after 2 hours and you will need to put your name down again. Then the Dr will "visit" you in 30 seconds flat.
It's seriously the worst of the worst you could possible experience.

One of the worst experiences ive had in a long time..unprofessional. Doctors seem to have very limited knowledge and contradict prognosis and treatments given by other doctors..very arrogant..they dont listen and only keen for you to sign on dotted line so they can get their money...and waiting times are horrendous !!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!
