Optom All Vision Care is the Copper Coast's only 100% locally owned and operated optometrist, proudly serving Moonta and the surrounding region since 2006. Now located at our newly refurbished practice at 25 Ryan Street, Moonta, we offer a comprehensive range of optical and eye health services for the whole family, from routine eye examinations to the management of complex eye disease.

Our two qualified optometrists, Lawrie Nolan and Allan Clifford, both hold Bachelor of Optometry degrees and Post-Graduate Certificates in Ocular Therapeutics from the University of Melbourne. Together they bring decades of expertise in diagnosing and managing eye conditions, prescribing PBS eye medications, removing corneal foreign bodies, and co-managing patients with ophthalmologists and GPs across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

All standard eye examinations are bulk billed to Medicare, no hidden costs, no out-of-pocket fees for eligible patients. We stock a premium range of ZEISS lenses and designer frames including Ray-Ban, Versace, Polo, Tiffany & Co., Oroton, Vera Wang, Lacoste, and Michael Kors. Afterpay available. Our practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology including OCT scanning, CLARUS 500 ultra-widefield retinal imaging, and the VISUFIT 1000 digital centration system.

Business History

Optom All Vision Care was established in 2006 by Lawrie Nolan, with a clear purpose: to bring university-trained, specialist-level eye care to the Copper Coast community without requiring a trip to the city. Since opening, the practice has grown from a single-optometrist practice to a two-optometrist clinic, welcoming Allan Clifford as a fellow University of Melbourne graduate and Post-Graduate Certificate holder in Ocular Therapeutics. In 2025, the practice relocated to a purpose-built, fully refurbished premises at 25 Ryan Street, Moonta featuring two dedicated consultation rooms, a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging suite, and a premium dispensing showroom stocking ZEISS lenses and designer eyewear. Optom All Vision Care remains proudly independent and locally owned, and continues to be the only optometry practice on the Copper Coast under local ownership.
