Thank you Alex for scouting Melbourne to eventually find the correct part to fix the problem with my car. Thank you also for listening to me when I was trying to describe what was wrong with the car in the first place…Truly thankful.

EASY TRANSACTION,I HAD MAJOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH VARIAS FAULT CODES,I WENT TO 2 OTHER AUTO ELECTRICIANS WHO SIMPLY SHAKED THERE HEAD WITH NO IDEA WHAT REALY TO DO UNTIL I CAME ACROSS ALEX AUTO ELEC WITHIN 2 HRS THE FAULT WAS RECTAFIED AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE,COULD NOT BE HAPPIER HIGHLY RECOMMEND,THANKS ALEX.

### BEWARE ###



I took my car to Alex with a P1121 error code (accelerator position Range/Performance problem).



I picked car up after Alex told me it had been fixed – expecting a bill of about $300 (NO parts required only labour being charged). I was stunned when he handed over an invoice for $800 after applying an $80 discount - said it took him 8 hrs.



The next day the car goes back into limp mode (same warning code it had prior to Alex's so called "fix"). Took it back and he admitted he didn't take it on a long test drive as it was raining that day. I left the car with him for another week to get a call telling me he couldn’t find the problem.



Did I get a sorry? NO, any offer of refund NO, not even partial refund (what I would expect from any decent person)



$800 for what? Labour/time to tell me he was unable to do anything – just a nice contribution for his superannuation fund. A greedy person – and so much for his "All work Guaranteed" printed on Business Card.



Maybe a call to the Small Claims Tribunal may curtail his greed!
