We had an extremely bad experience twice. First time, my husband had an appointment for my son at about 9 so kids could join school once it finished and husband took couple of hours off from work but front desk ladies let everyone go who came later than my husband even and was a long wait of one and a half hour. Husband needed to tell them many times, the answer was preparing the room.
Second time, This lady at front desk, Melissa was exceptionally rude and no customer service at all... We booked four appointments in a row on my off days for orthodontic treatment for my son. Being a fifo worker I have booked appointments which falls in my break. First appointment was only consultation and this lady from front desk, Melissa called my husband just 2 hours before the appointment that the orthodontist is not available today and ask for reschedule next day. My husband told her to contact me. She called me and said the same thing to reschedule the appointment. I asked her one question that how can you book the appointment without orthodontist as I didn't send my son to school and arranged everything around that appointment. And she started talking rudely and said that your husband said that you have a dentist appointment with toothbud or something. She was just talking round and round without making any sense. Asked me what time is my dentist appointment and all. I told her how is it relevant that what time is my appointment. She was constantly overlapping and keep talking without listening, rudely. At the end she was like she had to call orthodontist Dr. Deepika to let her know and all. I had to ask her twice that can you please hear me out first before you hang up? Then she went quiet.. no sorry, not at all apologetic, nothing. What kind of customer service is this?
We cancelled all my son's appointments and refused to go there. I told the whole scenario to toothbud, who referred us this Morley orthodontic for my son's treatment. I told toothbud that we had bad experiences and we dont want to go ahead and refer some other options.
To let Morley orthodontic, when my husband called them and cancelled the appointments, this lady was sounded happy and relived that we are not going there anymore. My husband asked her name and she was bit scratchy when giving name so I am not sure weather she gave us the right name or not.
