      I am insured and have 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. Starting with advice and free quotes through to supply, install, sanding and finishing of your new floor or the refurbishment of your current floor.       I am insured and I use the latest techniques and coatings. I am a 10-year member of The Australasian Timber Flooring Association. Having gained accreditation as an Authorised Flooring Contractor. I regularly attend training to maintain my skills.

      A written quote & an explanation of the process of the work to be done Discussion of different types of finishes is available as per their suitability and their maintenance If there is any water or pet staining, these stains may not be removed through sanding and some residual dust Any of your questions will be answered and advice offered

      Do you sand laminate or floating floors?

      Depending on the type of flooring, no. I offer a resealing process for these types of flooring.


      What if we don't have the power installed?

      I use a power generator.


      Do you install floors?

      No, I engage qualified builders to do the installation. Then I do the sanding and finishing.


      What coatings do you use?

      Water based urethanes ,solvent based urethanes ,hard wax oils ,oil modified urethanes


      Do you travel to the country?

      Yes I cover all of Tasmania.


      Commercial work?

      Yes! shops, restaurants, halls, gymnasiums, multiple dwellings


      Do you sand decking?

      Yes, I prefer to do decking in warmer weather . I use premium penetrating oils that a colour can be added to


      Do you do staining?

      Yes, I use quality made stains and liming solutions.
