Law Firm Dick & Williams commenced practice in Albury in 1971. The principals at that time were Russell Dick and Phillip Williams. In 1995 Russell Dick retired from the partnership and continues this day as a consultant to the firm. Phillip Williams continues as sole proprietor of the firm.
