      Advantage Engineering Aust Pty Ltd was established in 1958 and continues to provide products and services including custom injection moulding, tool and mould design, toolmaking, metal stamping, metal forming and assembly. Premium supplier to the automotive, packaging, building, plumbing and transport industries. The business operates out of two purpose built facilities in Braeside 3195.

      Injection Moulding Our range of injection moulded components is from 2 grams to 3 kilos. Our range of machines is from 30 tonnes to 500 tonnes consisting of both vertical & horizontal. We also have the ability to manufacture insert mouldings as well as two colours or materials. Metal Pressing and Forming Advantage Engineering also has facilities for pressed and formed metal parts with a range of metal presses up to 60 tonnes. We can produce metal or copper inserts for plastic over mouldings.

      Our fully equipped tool-room provides support for the manufacturing operations by building new tooling to customer specifications, and ongoing maintenance on site to reduce tooling down time. Assembly A wide variety of operations can be undertaken, utilising custom assembly techniques and jigs. Performance testing of components is also carried out here, as a vital part of supplying components to the automotive industry.
