Excellent service from start to finish!
The Broadwater team was incredibly polite, efficient, and flexible throughout the entire process. They worked quickly and professionally, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Very professional from quote to installation. Our inquiry was promptly answered and appointment set and text reminders kept us updated. Day of installation Gordon, Jay and Hamish arrived on time and were well organised for a 4th floor installation with everything loaded on a trolley so no trips back and forth, clean and efficient Installation, checking everything was to our liking and the area left clean at completion. Very happy.

What a wonderful experience from my very ist inquiry with the lovely Kym to the completion of my new air conditioning unit installation and removal of old.Excellent customer service and the team went above and beyond to make this transition stress free.A big thanks to the boys not only did you guys do such a great job you both tolerated my cleaning obsession and even touched up the paint around the new unit!! Super impressed overall great experience and I highly recommend Broadwater Air.

Gordon and his team at Broadwater Air and Energy installed a ducted air conditioning system and also removed the original old split system unit from our house. Gordon was friendly and professional throughout the entire process and both he and Jeanette were more than happy to accommodate any requests, questions or concerns that we had. The team were polite and respectful of our home as they completed the work on the day and we have been so happy with the result, with the Daikin unit being an absolute dream to use in both hot and cold weather. We couldn't recommend Broadwater Air and Energy highly enough, their professionalism and workmanship are first class. Thank you Gordon and the Broadwater team!
