Hoybee Refrigeration & Auto Air Conditioning

Had a fridge replaced in our caravan by Hoybee. He put 3 dents in our cupboard doors when installing the fridge and the fridge was only secured properly and flush on one side - The other side was not flush / sticking out and the screws were not in anything / holding the fridge in place… This is not the first time he’s damaged a van - He told us while he was fixing our van and before he damaged it that he damaged another person’s van and was shocked at how upset they were about it and how much of a hassle it was for him to have to fix it!

He sent us an invoice with no compensation / consideration for his damage to our van.

Will not be going back to this guy! And will be telling everyone to steer clear!

Rang with quietly about Dometic fridge as they are listed service agent. Got asked if I would still stand infront of a bus if no one told me not to. When questioned about response was told his had heaps of other stupid questions today. Get real mate and take the quote about great customer service off your web page!
