NWOOD Training & Design delivers trauma-informed crisis response and mental health training for frontline and community sector teams across Brisbane, South East Queensland, and nationally. Our signature STAND Training program - Foundations, Advanced, Refresher, and the 12-month STAND in Practice embedding program - is built on the INWOOD STAND Framework(r), grounded in neuroscience and real-world frontline experience. Founded by Michelle Inwood, who brings 17+ years of frontline and leadership experience across mental health, youth work, education, and disability services, INWOOD Training & Design is designed for social workers, nurses, teachers, youth workers, police, corrections staff, and disability and community support workers - anyone who shows up for others in moments of crisis. Training is practical enough to use on the floor and credible enough to stand up to organisational scrutiny. We also offer Customised Training, tailored to your team's specific sector and context, delivered on-site or online.
