Mildura Denture Clinic is a locally owned and operated business, with a team boasting almost 55 combined years of experience.
John Weaving is a highly trained and experienced Dental Prosthetist. John has been providing Mildura with his expertise in the Dental Industry for over 48 years. John Employ's his own fully qualified Dental Technician to ensure the repairs and relines can be completed within a day. Multiple appointments can be arranged in a single day for people traveling from out of town.
John prides himself in providing individual care to each of his patients to ensure a fantastic result for everyone. Dentures can often be completed within a week for those who are in need of urgent denture care. John is passionate about his field and works as a supervisor at Sunraysia Community Health Services offering support and training to the La Trobe University Dental Students, 2 half days a week sharing his knowledge and experience as a Dental Prosthetist.
Working in conjunction with a group of Melbourne based oral surgeons and local Dentists, we are also able to assist you with implant retained dentures and immediate dentures (where existing teeth need to be removed). Please call and discuss your denture needs today. No referral necessary.

Do I need a referral before coming to visit a dental prosthetist?
No, a dental prosthetist is qualified to construct your new dentures from start to finish. Unless of course real teeth need to be altered or removed, in which case we will provide a referral for you to see one of the experienced dentists that we often work with.
My dentures are broken. How long will I have to be without them?
We aim to complete denture repairs in under 2 hours. On some occasions that just isn't possible, but we know that it's hard to be without your teeth for long periods. We always prioritize Aesthetic dental repairs.
Do dentures require cleaning like real teeth?
Yes, dentures require daily cleaning, not unlike real teeth. Dentures are covered in tiny nooks and crannies which need to be brushed clean, using normal toothpaste and a toothbrush. Failure to clean your dentures will result in unsightly calculus deposits which would require specialized cleaning.
