This company made good with rectifying a bad situation.

They came out and gave a maximum quote if worst case scenario for what ended up only a 3 hour job $1812.
Invoice doesn't itemize costs, but would work out about $500+ an hour labour at this quote: non emergency, weekday.
Small PVC pipe and copper pipe was only supplied.
Hole was mostly pre dug up for them. Was left as is in last picture.
Wasn't warned bits of the sealant would be blast through system, ended up clogging shower head.

Precise plumbing came to fix our drains. They removed the old pipes and put new ones in for our laundry. The plumbers were very good and the job was done very quickly in 2 days with concrete and everything. Very happy with their work.

It’s so hard to find reliable plumbers, but these guys truly went above and beyond with our blocked drain. They showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and didn’t leave until they were sure everything was perfect. They made the whole process way less stressful, and it honestly felt like they genuinely cared. Highly recommend if you’re looking for plumbers you can actually TRUST!
