What happens after I have accepted your quote?
After you have accepted our quote we will contact you & arrange another appointment. This second visit is to discuss bathroom fixtures, tiles etc & to answer any further questions you may have. We also take this time to review & sign the contract, discuss homeowner’s warranty, and secure a start date.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
For an average bathroom, you would spend around $14,000.00 for the building component; and for the tiles and fittings, approximately $6,000.00. In total we recommend you budget around $20,000.00 for your project. If you are considering extras such as adding or changing windows, relocating walls, or creating an entirely new bathroom, this would add to your renovation costs.
Do you only renovate bathrooms?
No, Mark is qualified, licenced builder. Riley Building can meet all your building needs including any structural changes.
Are you insured?
Our company and staff are all insured appropriately and our Public Liability cover is $10,000,000.00.
I have 1 bathroom, will I have to move out while you do the renovation?
We have a mobile shower unit that we offer to our customers free of charge for this reason. It is delivered, hooked up, & ready for use when your renovation starts.
I have to work and won't be home during the renovation, will this be ok?
We have an excellent reputation and we personally supervise the renovation from start to finish, which means you can have peace of mind knowing your property will be shown the respect it deserves.
How long will it take?
We have the reputation of being the most efficient renovators in the Toowoomba area and a typical renovation normally takes less than two weeks.
Do you remove rubbish from our house after the renovation?
When we leave your property, your home will be left in the condition it was when we began, except you will be the proud owner of a beautiful new bathroom!
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, all our consultations are free.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-year warranty as specified by the Queensland Building Construction Commission (QBCC).

Recently we had our ensuite renovation completed by Mark who was recommended to us by someone in the building supply chain who had recently had Mark renovate their bathroom. Mark was easy to deal with and the workmanship was first class. We have recommended Mark to our friends and we would only do this with a builder that we were full comfortable with

I used Mark to renovate my ensuite, main bathroom, kitchen and laundry last year. It was my first time renovating and Mark was so easy to deal with. His designs are incredible, he made the spaces seem so much bigger and more practical to use. The work is beautiful and I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to change or upgrade their bathroom.

Mark was recommended to me by a friend last year when I was looking to renovate my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. I was a first time renovator and unsure about the process. Mark was wonderful. He was easy to communicate with, would give advice where asked but never pushed me one way or the other, explained everything clearly and no question was too silly. His design ideas were amazing.
