No! We do not charge for our travel time to you or the cost of pickup and return of your machine (where required).

Unfortunately not. We specialise in Windows devices only.
What are your rates?
We charge a flat rate of $139 for up to 1 hour on-site support. We have flat rates for some services eg Windows format and installation for $159 all inclusive of pickup and return of the customers machine. Laptop screen replacements cost $139 plus the cost of the replacement part.
Do you guarantee your services?
Yes 100%. All workmanship comes with a 90-day guarantee and all parts used in repairs come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
