It would be a pleasure to give a good review for SPL if at least they show up to do the service. The worst experience ever with Mr Warren Buhagiar whose for the second time schedule the service in my place and didn’t show up. Didn’t even make the favour to call an inform he is not coming and let you waiting after canceling plans. So disappointed with customer service. Don’t recommend at all.

An altogether unsatisfactory experience. Were it possible to give a rating score less less than a single star I would do. The customer service at the showroom never reached the level of merely poor - contemptuous is a better adjective. And having waited for longer than I was told the job would take I was informed that the job could not be undertaken at all that week. A hard "no" if you value your own time.

The team at SPL are extremely professional and work hard at exceeding customers expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again for their superb service and competitive pricing. 5 stars!
