If you are an individual person leave this place alone. I had two vanities made to order. They took longer than I was told, and this went on for some time at least more than double the original timeline, they were the same quote price and I did receive a diagram of what was to be built. However - during the discussion explaining what I wanted, I took the advice given to me regarding drawers etc but I did say that the size of the drawers, large - for towels, was the most important factor and that was why I wanted full 1200 mm drawers but was told that was too big for the railings. The drawing I received did not have any internal specifications and that was my downfall. The larger vanity had very small drawers and as soon as I saw them I explained how upset I was. No response. After a week or so I rang to make a complaint and I was treated appallingly - with sarcasm, rudeness and disdain. After seeking legal advice the issue was resolved.

Leave these people to builders who do quantity lots and seek elsewhere for understanding professionals.
