The Lands Department will notify authorities such as the local council, water authorities and other statutory bodies of the change of ownership. Electrical, telephone and other providers will need to be advised directly by you due to privacy regulations.

We used Bliss Conveyancing when buying our house in April this year. They were extremely thorough throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help with what was a confusing time for first home buyers. We had issues and setbacks from the bank and mortgage broker, and it was reassuring to know that Bliss Conveying were there to sort it for us to make it a stress free experience. I used Bliss Conveyancing three times now for conveyancing and received exceptional service on each occasion. They were very thorough and explained all of the contract to me. Nothing was too much trouble evening getting my Bank organized in time for setttlement. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Be smart and use them

Poor communication. I had to chase them up on multiple occasions though settlement. I was not made aware of a 10 meter easement in the backyard that prohibits improvements to the property, and specifically conflicted with my investment plan after settlement.

Very professional.
We have used Bliss conveyancing for both buying and selling now and found them extremely helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were able to explain the legal terms and info to us in a way that made things clear. Definitely recommend. Will be using them again!

DO NOT USE. Terrible communication, unprofessional,slow and no responsibility for errors made. As a client you are paying for a service and shouldnt have to chase the conveyancer. After ongoing issues they didnt even have the courtesy to tell me my property had settled. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere
