Bedrock Ceramic & Slate

This is the block I bought from Bedrock ceramics & slate in Albion park. These blocks were produced by Adbri Masonry company. The outer surface of the blocks began to fall off only three weeks after retaining wall was installed. The largest hole was even 10 cm long and 4 cm deep. This is obviously a substandard product. However, we have been communicating with the store owner since July, and it has been five months and still haven't been solved. How disappointing it is!! Both the retailer and the manufacturer Adbri Masonry have an inevitable responsibility for the sale of this substandard product!!
