Taxis Combined Services

I used their service for a 1.2km short distance on a no traffic Sunday morning, and got charged $19. The driver refused to provide me a receipt saying the company doesn't provide a customer receipt unless I spend $50 or more. he just drove away afterwards regardless my further question.



The driver even complained the short distance with his friend on the phone while driving. although speaking in his own language, i still picked up the meaning by a few English words.



the company doesn't have a complain phone line, which is understandable as they might get thousands of complaints with such poor service. i've written an email to make a complain, who knows what respond i'll get.



will never use taxi but Uber in future.

Despicable rude driver who didn't help with luggage, overcharged taking the longest route incorporating road toll, a route we have NEVER taken in 9 years, were warned by train station staff this could happen and I disagreed saying we found Sydney taxis have .always been fair. WRONG, beware there ARE unscrupulous drivers associated with this company. We have done this journey twice since 6 December 2015, 18 times in last 9 years and driven ourselves 6 times so really know the journey. The taxi number 2704, driver from Jakarta. Our experience will be conveyed to the Australian Tourist Board. (unfortunately on completion of form had to give a star would have given minus if possible!!)

Called for 63 hours so far regarding my $500 phone left in the taxi. No answer to lost property... for 63 hours! Left voicemails, facebook messages, filled out forms...

Terrible service. I have just made two 3-minute trips using these idiots.

The first taxi charged me $17!!! For a trip along 1 street! It normally costs $10 and I give them $15 because it's a short journey but this guy was a joker.

Then, on the way back, they left me standing there for 30 minutes in a freezing wind. When I called up to ask where my taxi was the guy was defensive and not at all apologetic.

Won't be using them again.

Ordered a taxi and after 1.5 hours a no show. Crappy taxi service. Tried to call them and no one seems to be there. Would give less than 1 star if I could. DO NOT RECOMEND.

Called for a cab at 6:45, and was advised next available. Called back at 7:10 as no cab had arrived and they said as no cabs in the area they has transferred the job to legion cabs but I should call legion to make sure a cab was on its way??!! They did give me the number.
I called st George cabs and they were there in less than 5 minutes! Still no taxi from legion or taxis combined.
If they can't take the job they should just say so and refer you elsewhere, waste of time even calling them let alone the wait!

They get a 0. Abysmal service booked for 10am still noone at 10:45 ring to ask where it is and was told they couldn't pick us up and transferred us to another company. Asked why no notification they said it's too big a company to let people know! Called the other company they have no booking at all I hope their much better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be disappointed!!!
