So caring with my pets. Amazing with little animals and reactive dogs. I found them to be compassionate and caring. They went beyond the call of duty. When my pet had to be put to sleep, the compassion shown was really touching. I received a sympathy card. Their cost was reasonable and they were honest in what they charged me, very realistic. They accepted my reactive dog, and showed patience and concern. A huge animal lover I would totally recommend them to anyone

We are so very happy with the service provided to us and our young labradors. Our girl, Cleo, has had a bad run lately, and each and every member of staff we encountered during her last health scare showed such care and concern for our sick girl. Roslyn guided us to make an important decision quickly, which potentially saved her. The staff responded so efficiently to her needs, making changes to their own schedules, and nursed her and supported us kindly. Ros also took the time to make sure we understood all the possible issues-which we greatly appreciated.

Wow...what a place....I cant imagine better care anywhere for me and my "four-legged family". The staff know each of my pets, Dr Ros addresses each problem as if the animals were her own, and we've all gained health from her advice (...even me...I'm walking the dogs more often now!). The "antiallergy" diet has stopped the "scratch,scratch,scratch" I'd become accustomed to and Diesel's ears no longer stink! The one big emergency we had was dealt with professionally, yet with such sympathy (and success) that I will continue to recommend Dr Ros and her staff to everyone I know (and those I don't!!!)... how lucky are we to have such a quality veterinary practice like this!
