Extremely unprofessional, never answers calls or returns your calls. Sits on your papers for months and months on end until you're forced to pay a fine for his incompetency. Looks like he works well for larger organisations because they can pay him better money, but he utterly mucks individuals around. My family is almost on the streets financially right now because of Ravi's unprofessionalism and laziness! I'm on the verge of reporting him. We would not recommend him!
