I cant believe how much these guys charge you!!! And reccommend things that arent essential. I took my cat in after he had been in a fight the day before, i was worried he haf broken or strained his paw. They could find no puncture wound put him on antibotics which i have no problem, they strongly recommended a blood test before they would prescribe pain relief. $354 latter i was in shock. I took him to my regular vet 2 days later as he still wasnt using his leg. Within 5 mins my vet reassured me nothing was broken and showed me puncture wounds on the pad of his foot. $55. Thank god for competent vets that dont charge unreasonable amounts of money. He told me there was no need for the blood test and asked how young the vet was, shrugging his shoulders at there incompetence. . Not happy at all with norwests greed in there charging.

I have been taking my pets to Sydney Animal Hospitals for many years. I have always found the staff to be very helpful sincere and friendly. I love the relaxed atmosphere you feel when walking into this hospital, my three dogs always seem too enjoy their visits (regular boarders). The Bella Vista hospital is open from 7am - 11pm, I love the extended hours as it allows you to drop off early or pick up after late flights. I have never had a negative experience at this hospital, I trust them in all aspects of my pets veterinary care.

Excellent facility with very professional and caring staff.
Have cared for several of our pets in time of need and at all times showed highest level of respect and professionalism.
Prices are not budget rates but in line with high level of service and care. Very reasonable. Well equipped surgery was perfect for treatment on two occasions, one live saving.
Overnite boarding was excellent. Little touches such as grooming and nail clipping were very much appreciated.
The team are often called upon by us for advice which is freely offered. If a consulation is needed, they let us know. Wide range of A1 nutrition products as well as science based diet foods for our special needs cat.
Opening hours are long which is very , very convenient.
Overall A+++ highly recommended.
