Unfortunately My experience was not great.



Yes there are a lot of flashy bling bling amenities. for example ipads for the kids in the waiting room. and they are incredibly punctual.



But ultimately what left me feeling like Dr Patel really did not care. was the exorbitant out of pocket expenses.



I understand there were out of pocket expenses with any surgery. But Dr Patel was 6 times the out of pocket price. Compared to the Hospital and Anesthetist COMBINED. This was incredibly sad to see.



He will sit there and smile nicely to you, but really he just wants your money.



There are a lot of great ENT surgeons out there. Dr Patel is great. But if you have the opportunity shop around there is no value with Dr Patel.
