Janine has an experience in a range of areas with individuals, families and couples.
Janine has been practicing and studying psychology for 18 years, with 10 years in private practice, counselling and consultation. She has a wealth of experience in various areas including mental health, drug and alcohol, children, young people, families, couples, foster care, disabilities, sexual assault and defence.
A psychologist is someone who is a non-judgemental listener who can provide a different perspective on your problems. Psychologists use a collaborative supportive approach to provide interventions designed to change patterns of functioning that are not helpful. This involves understanding your past and current situation and to work with you to find solutions, including learning new skills and ways of managing any symptoms that are causing distress.
